1、资历与学历：
北京市中济律师事务所广州分所副主任律师。1983年以优异成绩考入山西警官高等专科学校(原山西警校)开始攻读法律，1992年在西北政法学院获法学硕士学位，从事司法实际工作19年(其中在广州、东莞15年)，2000年开始专职从事律师工作，对民商法、公司治理、涉外、诉讼仲裁等有系统深入的研究和专业实践。曾任中国检察官协会会员，广东省检察学会会员，三级检察官，曾被邀担任《广东电台》有关法治节目的特邀嘉宾。王律师长期从事律师、公证、司法行政、公安、检察等司法实际工作，积累了非常丰富的司法实际工作经验，培养成了优良的法律职业者的素质，司法实际工作能力很强。为《中华成功人才大辞典》入编人，任中华全国律师协会会员，广州市律师协会国际商事、金融、证券、公司、知识产权、刑事等法律专业委员会委员。
